First, we will toast the bread needed for this.

  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of oil and spread the oil. You can use ghee as well
  • Put the bread on and roast. Do this with all the breads. Roast the bread from both sides.
  • Now you can remove all brown parts from the sides.
  • Make four pieces from one piece of bread.

Now 1st step is completed. Now we will prepare the vegetables.

Take the same pan heat it and add some oil.

  • Add some mustard seeds.
  • and some chopped garlic
  • Some chillies according to your taste(you are making this for your kids keep this in mind)
  • now add the chopped capsicum
  • fry them all for 2-3 min on low flame.
  • After this, add the chpped onion and fry them all together for not more than 2 min.
  • Now it’s time to add the tomatoes. Fry them on low to medium flame for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add red chilli powder you can absolutely skip this, coriadner powder(1 pinch) and turmeric powder(1 pinch). Because you are making this bread snacks for kids. And salt according to your taste.
  • Mix them and fry them on medium flame for 1-2 mins.
  • Add soya sauce and tomato sauce, mix them well.
  • Add 3-4 table spoon of water. Now mix them and cover the pan for 2 min. This Bread snacks for kids is almost ready.
